OASIS is our physical retreat space.We have an 1,100 sqft of interior space that is fully equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (one queen bed), small massage/body work room and laundry. The private patio has an 8 person barrel dry sauance, a 6 person mineral water hot tub and a luxe cold Plunge. The backyard overlooks a beautiful body of water through a layer of pine trees. The backyard has a 16ft diameter bell tent that can be used for circle gatherings of a variety of kinds and/or overnight camping for 8 individuals. We also have a fire pit that can be used when approved.

OASIS is tucked in the residential community of Kannapolis. It is a unique space that offers accessibility both geographically and financially to interested locals. In full transaprency, the space is a beautifully constructed walk-out style basement (meaning you have main level access to the backyard) with private street access and the OASIS owners live in the main house above. We like to be transparent here - we are not offering a retreat settled on a secluded 10 acre land away from civilization. Our space is nestled in our community, we adhere to local sound ordinance and cannot claim you wont here cars nearby (for example).

YOU are our facilitators and hosts! On occasion, the OASIS owners Tyler and Ashley may host their own unique activations for the community to attend, but the primary purpose is to make the space available to our local healers and facilitators. We do not have any limit on the type of event our space can provide for, but we do have a recommended guest capacity depending on the event type or overnight needs. We forsee group fitness, sound healers and body workers, workshops both creative and educational, select medicine journeys, thermal therapy users and many more. Please inquire with us and we will give more clarity based on the event type you’re planning.

Due to the large variety of events that we believe our space can hold, we have elected for provide the space at an hourly rate. That rate is $100 per hour. This fee will go to OASIS and the facilitator will be responsible for considering their own guest head count and ticket price to factor in their affordability. There is a separate flat fee to reserve the space for overnight purposes. The facilitator is responsible for knowing the overnight guest capacity and determining how they will charge for that if they will allow it to select guests. We do also encourage our hosts to not limit their event headcount but the limit of overnight capacity. We believe local guests can travel to the OASIS per day of activity planned!

If our hourly rate does not work for you for some reason, we are very OPEN to hearing your suggestions of a pricing strategy that would work better (flat fees/percentages/etc). Please do not hesitate to make your suggested offering, we are open to receive your suggestions!

Monday - Thursdays: 9am - 9pm
Friday - Sundays: 7am - 10pm
